Hi friends, I’m Maria Laura
I’m a Hatha Yoga teacher and modern astrologer.
I have always been drawn to exploring our inner world, stillness and healing. Over the span of the last ten years I’ve helped clients find their way back into their bodies and regulate their nervous system through yoga, meditation, massage, sound baths and more.
Then came astrology and with it a deeper understanding of our own unique life paths. Discovering the unique cosmic blueprint that is our birth chart opened new doors to clarity and healing. After five years of studying I now help clients get deeper insights into their unique purpose and potential, needs and life cycles.
Today I stand for a truly holistic approach: working with both the mind and the body, the conscious and subconscious. I’m helping you soothe your nervous system and feel good in your body all while drafting a clear plan of action together - in tune with the stars.
